My Menu for the "come dine with me" competition



Sinead's South African Menu

Dress Code will be causal with a theme of "South African Foodies". Wear your best braai (BBQ) clothes and be prepared for some lekker (lovely) food!



STARTER:
Fruity Herb Salad
Ingredients: Lettuce, dill, parsley, tomato, cucumber, spring onions, olives, feta, grapes and strawberries, lemon, salt&pepper to season
 

MAIN:
Soya Lamb Chops with BBQ Baked Potatoes
Ingredients: Lamb chops, Soya Sauce, Potatoes, Vegetable seasoning, Salt&Pepper


DESSERT:
Red Velvet Cake
Butter, Caster sugar, Vanilla extract, eggs, Greek-style yoghurt, Self-raising flour, Cocoa powder ,Skimmed milk.
